The Gunners have already launch bid for Leeds star but it was rejected due to low to their £65million asking price, but they believe they can strike the deal as they prepared another bid.
Chelsea on the other hand, made a direct call through their new owner Todd Boehly while Tottenham Hotspur also working on bring the 25-year-old winger to their own residence this summer.
