According to Italian transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, Youri Tieleman remains primary target for Mikel Arteta’s side, but his propose switch to Emirates is not an imminent deal as negotiations appears to take some time.
The Belgian star has been heavily linked with a move to Emirates since winter transfer window, with boss Mikel Arteta keen on strengthen his middle of park with additional of Foxes star.
